Learn What I Can Do For You
I will get to know you, find out what is important to you, discuss your goals, provide information about your options, and then draft documents - such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, or other documents - to put your plan into place to take care of your family if you are unable to do so. My intention is to help you achieve peace of mind by guiding you through the process of designing a plan & executing documents so that your intentions to care for yourself and your family are carried out according to your priorities.
I can help with...
wills | trusts | living trusts | appointment of guardians for children |
financial & medical powers of attorney | advanced directives | instructions for funerals | review of your current plan to see if any changes are needed
"Taking Care of Your Family is Worth Planning For"
Over the last 4 to 5 years, especially during the pandemic, I realized that many couples, and even singles with children, do not have plans in place to help themselves, their spouse, or their families should something unexpected happen, whether good or bad.

I would like to send you an introduction questionnaire and schedule a time, either in person or through a video conference, to listen to your family's hopes, dreams, and wishes, and to determine whether I may be able to help you and your family.

Please reach out to me and we can get the process started. There is no obligation or fees if, after the first meeting, either one of us determines that we are not a good match.
What the Process Looks Like

Step 1: Fill Out Intro Questionnaire
The introduction questionnaire provides basic information about you and your family. It gives me a glimpse into your current situation, your goals, and whether I may be able to help you.

Step 3: Evaluate Fit
If either of us determines that we are not a good match, there is no charge to you and no obligation to continue the process.

Step 5: In-Depth Planning Conversation(s)
Once you've completed the detailed questionnaire, we will meet again to fill in additional details, discuss options, and answer your questions. Your responses will ensure that I am able to put together documents designed to take care of your family as you wish.

Step 2: Discuss Your Needs and Desires
After reviewing your intro questionnaire, we will schedule time - either in person or virtually - to meet, to get to know each other, and to discuss how we can work together to create a plan to take care of your family.

Step 4: Detailed Questionnaire
If we choose to move forward, I will send you a detailed questionnaire. This will provide me the information needed to outline your plan and to begin filling in the details.

Step 6: Review Prepared Documents
I will compile the information you share with me to prepare legal documents. I will send you drafts for your review. Once everything meets your approval, we will schedule time to sign the paperwork.
