Learn What I Can Do For You
I will provide a workshop that gives you the "rest of the story" about essential estate planning tools to help you determine whether you want it, whether you have it, and if you do not have it, what are your options.
During this process, I will get to know you, find out what is important to you, discuss your goals, provide information about your options, and then draft documents - such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, or other documents - to put your plan into place to take care of your family if you are unable to do so.

Next, I will help you put together an equally important part of your plan--making sure your beneficiaries, account names & stylings, and your titles are crafted in a manner to achieve your goals and plan.
My intention is to help you achieve peace of mind by guiding you through the process of designing and to put into place a plan to care for yourself and your family the way you want it done.
I can help with...
wills | trusts | long term nursing care | appointment of guardians for children |
financial & medical powers of attorney | advanced directives | instructions for funerals | review of your current plan to see if any changes are needed
"Taking Care of Your Family is Worth Planning For"
Over the last 6 years, especially following the pandemic, I became aware that many do not have plans, or do not understand their plans, to take care of themself or their family.

I invite you to sign-up for a free workshop to get essential information about what you need to put together a set of instructions to manage decisions concerning your and your family's health, finances, future events and milestones, and even death. At the workshop, you will hear about the "rest of the story" you will not get from DIY or cookie-cutter documents. You will hear about creating a user-friendly plan for your family. Not a pile of documents which may create division instead of clarity.
If you like what you hear, we will then take the next steps to get to know each other, look at your goals, and discuss your options.
What the Process Looks Like

Step 1: Sign Up for a Workshop
Choose a date to attend a free workshop where you will get the "rest of the story" and figure out if there are some tools you want and need in your plan. If you cannot attend, contact me.

Step 3: Design Meeting
After evaluating your goals and determining which option is best for your family, we will discuss the specific details you want in your plan.

Step 5: Funding Your Plan Meeting
During the Design Meeting, we will also discuss what changes, if any, are needed for your account stylings, titles, and beneficiary selections. Your plan is not complete and effective until this step is completed.

Step 2: Schedule a Vision or Initial Meeting
After reviewing your intro questionnaire, we will meet, to get to know each other, clarify your goals and what you want, and to discuss several options to create a plan to take care of your family.

Step 4: Create Documents & Signing Conference
After creating the documents to achieve your goals & your plan design, we will get your documents signed, witnessed, sworn, and notarized.

Step 6: Miscellaneous Steps
Sometimes your goals and plan need additional or other steps. We will make any needed adjustments to ensure that your goals and plan become effective to take care of your family.
